What I Learned in School Today

“Be careful what you pray for,” they say, “Don’t pray for patience.” Now I would add, “Be careful what you blog about.” So I did a blog post earlier today on patience with children , and take a wild guess what I was challenged with all day today. Was it just me or did it seem like there were more complaints and fighting from my children than usual? My patience was certainly tried and tested. But perhaps I was just more aware of it because of the post. By the kindness of God, we got through the day with a few minor battle wounds.

Praise God for new beginnings! Tomorrow is a new day.

“The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” (Lamentations 3:22-23)
